Excel Swiss Knife: more power to Excel
Excel Swiss Knife (ESK) is a free add-in for Microsoft Excel (versions 2010 and later, 32- and 64-bit) that provides dozens of ready-to-use tools to clean, transform, and reorganize data in just a few clicks.
Tasks that would normally require complex formulas, custom macros, or long manual procedures become immediate, repeatable, and much faster.
Once installed, ESK adds a new tab to the Excel ribbon, from which you can launch all its functions, organized by category and designed for everyday use.
With Excel Swiss Knife, you can easily:
- clean and normalize messy tables
- split text to columns with advanced criteria
- import and combine data from other sheets or files
- rename hundreds of files
- copy cells as csv, json or markdown
- automate repetitive tasks that Excel alone makes slow or cumbersome
